48 hours prior to the journey, you will receive all details of the cab and driver, by SMS / E-mail/Call.
On arrival, our executive will receive you and reconfirm the details. After a couple of hours, the first feedback will be taken.

If Evergreen Holidays` service does not meet your expectations, we are liable for refunds as per the agreement.
We never provide vehicles older than 3years. All vehicles are GPS monitored too.
